Terms Of Service
Last Updated: 20/11/20251. GENERAL INFORMATIONBy commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are meant to ensure a smooth workflow and protect both the client and the artist.
2. PAYMENT• All prices are listed in USD for PayPal users.
For PIX* (Brazil-only), I can provide an adjusted price list to account for different taxes.• Payment is usually accepted after the artwork is completed if I know you as a customer or you have a reliable commission history. Otherwise, I may require payment upfront.• Accepted payment methods: PayPal / PIX.• If the client cannot pay immediately for a valid reason, I may grant a delay. However, their commission will be suspended in the queue until payment is made.Refund Policy• Full refunds are available only if I have not started the artwork or have only completed the sketch.
• Partial refunds may be possible depending on how far along the piece is.
• No refunds are available once the artwork is finished.
3. WORKFLOW AND DEADLINES> Estimated completion time:
• 1 week for single-character pieces.
• 2+ weeks for larger or more complex commissions, depending on my queue.• I will provide WIPs at major stages (sketch, lineart, color, final).• Client approval is required at each major stage before I proceed.
4. REVISIONS• Any changes can be requested during the sketch stage.
• Only minor adjustments will be accepted during later stages (lineart, coloring, rendering).
5. COPYRIGHT AND USAGEArtist Rights• I retain all rights to the artwork unless the client purchases a commercial license.
• I may share the artwork on my portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes unless the client requests privacy beforehand.Client Rights• You receive personal use rights (icons, avatars, banners, printing for yourself, etc.).You may NOT:• Claim the artwork as your own.
• Use the artwork commercially without a commercial license.
• Mint the artwork as NFTs or cryptoart unless explicitly agreed upon.Commercial License (Optional)• Commercial use requires an additional fee, discussed beforehand based on intended usage.
• This includes merchandise, branding, promotional materials, monetized projects, and similar uses.
6. CONTENTI Will Draw:• Furry characters
• Humans
• Portraits
• Landscapes
• Architecture
• Simple armor
• Props.
• Simple robots / prosthetics
• SFW and NSFW art
• Other content not listed—feel free to ask!
I Will Not Draw:• Illegal or hateful content.
• Explicit sexual content involving minors or real animals.
• Content I am personally uncomfortable with

7. DELIVERY• All finished artwork is delivered digitally.
• No physical items will be shipped.
• Colors may appear different depending on your display.
8. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES• Filing a chargeback without communicating with me first will result in a permanent ban from future commissions.
• I will submit WIPs and proof of work to payment platforms when necessary.
9. COMMUNICATION• Communication will primarily take place on Discord.
(If Discord is not an option for you, we can use another platform, though Discord is preferred.)• If the client becomes unresponsive for more than one week, the commission will be put on indefinite pause.
10. AGREEMENTBy commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
